\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.Scope of Application of the Terms of Use<\/strong><\/h3>\n

1.1<\/strong> These Terms of Use apply to the use of the reev app (hereinafter \u201cApp\u201d).<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

1.2<\/strong> The app is provided and operated by reev GmbH, Sandstra\u00dfe 3, 80335 Munich (hereinafter \u201creev\u201d) as the responsible service provider.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

1.3<\/strong> The app helps you take advantage of charging offers from charging station operators registered with reev (hereinafter \u201cPartner CPOs\u201d), as well as initiate and control charging sessions at such Partner CPOs\u2019 charging stations.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

1.4<\/strong> For more information about the app, see sections 4 and 5, as well as the reev website at www.reev.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2. Registration \/ Creating a User Account<\/strong><\/h3>\n

2.1<\/strong> To use the app, you must expressly agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy the first time you open the app.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

2.2<\/strong> Use of the app also requires registration as a user and the creation of a free user account.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

2.3<\/strong> In the course of the registration process, reev collects personal data such as your name and your contact details (i.e. your valid residential address, a telephone number for queries as well as an e-mail address, for the use thereof). <\/span><\/p>\n

2.4<\/strong> In order for the App to be used to make use of fee-based charging offers of a Partner CPO, the User must first grant the Partner CPO(s) a SEPA direct debit mandate (where applicable, specifying a billing address differing from the residential address). For this purpose,<\/span> <\/span>valid<\/span> <\/span>bank details (bank, IBAN, BIC) <\/span>must be provided.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

2.5<\/strong> Identification within the App takes place by entering the registered e-mail address and a secure password to be freely chosen by you. The password must not also be used with other service providers or platforms. The requirements for a secure password are specified by reev. <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

2.6<\/strong> The registration process is completed upon approval of the user account by reev. There is no entitlement to registration. reev reserves the right to refuse approval of the user account in individual cases without stating reasons. <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

2.7<\/strong> The User must keep the access credentials to their user account protected from access by third parties and ensure that the access credentials do not become known to any third party. The User shall be deemed responsible for the actions and legal transactions carried out via their user account, unless (i) it was apparent to reev that a person other than the User was acting or (ii) the User can prove misuse of their access credentials through no fault of their own. <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

3. Deletion and Blocking of the User Account<\/strong><\/h3>\n

3.1<\/strong> The User may have their user account deleted at any time.<\/p>\n

3.2<\/strong> In the event of suspected misuse of the App by a User, reev is entitled at any time to block the user account concerned. <\/span><\/p>\n

4. Basic Functions of the App<\/strong><\/h3>\n

4.1<\/strong> The App assists the User in making use of charging offers of Partner CPOs activated by the User in accordance with Clause 4.3 (“activated CPOs”). With the aid of the App, Users can in particular <\/span><\/p>\n
