Ce courant provient des prises de courant domestiques allemandes et de la plupart des Wallbox. Le courant alternatif (AC) change r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de polarit\u00e9, ce qui signifie que le courant change de direction 50 fois par seconde.  <\/span><\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1164\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1162\">DC &#8211; Courant continu (Direct Current)<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1507\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1259\">DC<\/strong> &#8211; signifie <em data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1286\">Direct Current<\/em> et est l&#8217;\u00e9quivalent de l&#8217;allemand Gleichstrom. Contrairement au courant alternatif, le courant continu (DC) est stable et ne circule que dans une seule direction. La polarit\u00e9 reste la m\u00eame, c&#8217;est pourquoi on parle aussi de tension continue.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1727\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les batteries stockent toujours <strong data-start=\"1539\" data-end=\"1559\">du courant continu (DC)<\/strong>. Lors de la recharge de la voiture \u00e9lectrique, le courant alternatif (AC) doit donc d&#8217;abord \u00eatre converti en courant continu, soit dans la voiture (recharge AC), soit d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans la station de recharge (recharge DC). <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1729\" data-end=\"1851\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vous pouvez charger votre eAuto en courant alternatif (AC) ou en courant continu (DC). Les deux variantes ont leurs avantages et leurs inconv\u00e9nients. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1858\" data-end=\"1892\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Quelles sont les stations de recharge disponibles ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1894\" data-end=\"2243\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pour que la recharge soit rapide, les voitures \u00e9lectriques doivent \u00eatre recharg\u00e9es dans des stations de recharge. Il existe des <strong data-start=\"1988\" data-end=\"2030\">stations de recharge AC (normales)<\/strong>, qui permettent de recharger jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 22 kW, et <strong data-start=\"2099\" data-end=\"2142\">des stations de recharge DC (rapides)<\/strong>, qui permettent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de recharger \u00e0 des puissances beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es (par exemple 50 kW, 150 kW ou plus). <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2764\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les bornes de recharge AC fournissent un courant alternatif. Celui-ci est converti en courant continu dans la voiture par le chargeur embarqu\u00e9. <\/span><br data-start=\"2358\" data-end=\"2361\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les stations de recharge DC transforment le courant alternatif dans la station et fournissent ensuite du courant continu directement \u00e0 la batterie. Cette transformation dans la borne de recharge permet d&#8217;atteindre des puissances de recharge beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, ce qui rend la recharge DC beaucoup plus rapide.
