In principle, all customers can benefit from a dynamic power supply and optimized charging processes. Particularly at locations where vehicles are parked for many hours a day – on company premises or in residential areas – our optimization algorithm has a great deal of scope for shifting charging processes to convenient times.
Yes, they will. The top priority is driver satisfaction and ensuring that the vehicles are charged by the estimated departure time, which the driver communicates via the reev app.
First, you need to activate the reev Energy Management System (EMS) at your location. This is free of charge and can be done via the reev platform.
Secondly, an intelligent electricity meter must be installed at your location so that we can measure the exact energy consumption every quarter of an hour.
Thirdly, you must be able to terminate your current electricity contract.
Yes. You register via the application process and we take care of the rest. We terminate your contract with your current supplier and register you with the grid operator. As several external parties are involved in this process (e.g. electricity supplier, grid operator), the change of supplier can take up to 3 weeks. As soon as we have successfully registered you with the grid operator, you will immediately receive an order and contract confirmation by e-mail.
Theoretically yes, but this is very unlikely. Dynamic electricity tariffs pass on the wholesale price of electricity and thus create incentives to consume more at cheaper times. Our optimization algorithm ensures that we take advantage of low energy prices as much as possible. This means that the reev electricity tariff is more cost-effective in the long term.
The costs consist of a monthly basic fee of EUR 10 per meter (EUR 15 for RLM meters) and the energy price, which is made up of the day-ahead electricity price, as well as 3 cents in procurement costs, grid fees, taxes and other levies. The energy price can be reduced to up to 20 cents/kWh through intelligent shifting to hours with low procurement costs.
