This is what the interview process looks like at reev

Interview (remote)

In the first video call, you will meet your Talent Acquisition Manager. We will talk openly about what drives you, what we stand for, and how our product creates value. The goal is a clear reality check on both sides: role, culture, expectations.

Interview (remote)

The second interview with the hiring manager will focus on your professional expertise. You will gain deep insights into our challenges, goals, and working methods. At the same time, we will look at how you would apply your skills, mindset, and experience at reev.

Interview (on site)

Finally, you will come to our office and meet the hiring manager and our founder & CEO Eduard. This conversation is more than just a coffee chat - it is our final joint check to see if it is really a good fit, both professionally and personally.
