It ensures that charging stations are not only installed, but also correctly configured, identified and activated on the reev platform. Simple and straightforward.
Now new: configure multiple charging stations in a single installation run with the multi-station installation
With the new multi-station installation in the eWizard, several charging stations can be set up centrally and in one step - including EMS activation, troubleshooting and a joint installation report.
The eWizard guides you through the process step by step with hardware-specific instructions - only what is relevant for the station in question is displayed. There are also links to help articles for the most common models.
The eWizard ensures that the charging station is correctly connected to reev, including entering the key IDs required for seamless backend communication.If the software configuration has not yet been completed via the hardware manufacturer, we will guide you through the remaining steps - just when it matters.
Expertise counts. The electrician defines the most important operating parameters. This ensures that the charging station runs safely and is integrated into the site's energy limits.1) The eWizard activates reev energy management right from the start, 2) checks the input of the essential technical data for safe operation, 3) checks for missing or incorrect data.
After completion, the eWizard creates a detailed installation report - with all the necessary information relevant for documentation and verification. The charging station is now ready to be handed over to the customer.
With the new multi-station installation in the eWizard, several charging stations can be configured and activated in a single step. Everything runs centrally via a location overview – including main backup, EMS activation and guided troubleshooting. The automatically generated installation report clearly summarizes all stations and ensures a smooth handover.
