In July 2021, the “car park of the future” was opened in Nuremberg-Sandreuth – with 128 charging points and intelligent energy management. The eMobility lighthouse project by reev and N-ERGIE is the largest electric car park in Franconia and also one of the largest in Bavaria.

Wir bereiten Ihr Gebäude für die Elektromobilität vor </strong Zertifizieren Sie Ihr Gebäude als eMobility ready® und steigern Sie damit den Wert Ihrer Immobilie. Nach der technischen Vorbereitung für mindestens 50% der Stellplätze erhalten Sie ein schriftliches Zertifikat, sowie das eMobility Siegel, das Sie als Wettbewerbsvorteil bei der Vermarktung der Immobilie nutzen können. Damit steht das Gebäude für den unmittelbaren Ausbau der Ladeinfrastruktur bereit.
