The reev GHG features in detail
This function is available with the reev Dashboard Compact and reev Dashboard Pro.
1. Upgrading
As an operator of a charging solution with reev Dashboard Basic, please upgrade to Compact or Pro. You can easily do this online here. Users of the reev Dashboard Compact and reev Dashboard Pro can find the new GHG function in their reev Dashboard.
2. Upload
Upload your vehicle documents bundled or individually to your reev Dashboard and enter your account information.
3. Automatic crediting
Automatic revenue transfer: €280 fixed amount per electric car to the specified company account.
As revenue, you currently receive 13 cents for each kWh charged. This applies to each of your publicly accessible charging points and regardless of which e-vehicles are charged at these charging points. Thanks to the consumption-based recording (per kWh) with the reev Dashboard, you can have all previous charging processes of the current calendar year (also retroactively) count towards the GHG quota.
This function is available in the reev Dashboard Pro.

What is behind the GHG reduction quota?
FAQs on the reev GHG quota
What is the reev GHG quota?
The GHG quota is a regulatory instrument for reducing CO2 emissions in the transport sector. CO2 savings are realised through the use of eMobility, which can then be sold to the mineral oil companies that are subject to the quota. Thus, additional costs arise for the mineral oil companies and users of eMobility (which is far lower in CO2 emissions by comparison) generate additional income. This redistribution has a steering effect that is intended to ensure the transition from conventionally powered vehicles to eMobility in the long term.
Who can use the reev GHG quota?
The reev GHG quota can be used by both companies and private individuals. Companies can use the reev GHG quota for all electric company cars and pool vehicles. In addition, companies can use the reev GHG quota for publicly accessible charging points. Private individuals can use the reev GHG quota for their battery electric vehicles via the reev App.
What are the benefits of using reev GHG quotas?
When calculating the reev GHG quota for battery electric vehicles, a fixed amount of €280 annually applies. This can be used for electric company cars and pool vehicles within companies, as well as for private battery electric vehicles. Companies can also claim reev GHG quotas for all publicly accessible charging points and thus generate an additional 13 cents per kWh in revenue.
What do companies need to use the reev GHG quotas?
In order to use the reev GHG quota for battery electric vehicles, you as a company need the reev licence Pro or Compact. If you want to charge reev GHG quotas for publicly accessible charging points, you need the reev licence Pro.
What do private individuals need to use the reev GHG quota?
The reev GHG quota for electric vehicles can also be used by private individuals via the reev App. This only applies to pure battery electric vehicles and in the event that the applicant is listed as the holder in the vehicle’s registration certificate part 1.

Can the reev GHG quota also be used for plug-in hybrids?

Is it possible to realize returns of the GHG quota for public charging points retroactively?
